Job Description

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services
• Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries and complaints
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Follow up on customer leads and sales prospects
• Achieve monthly sales and call quotas
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
• Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve service delivery

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer service/sales role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to persuade and influence others
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Male candidates only, as per job requirement
