Job Overview: The Telecaller Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with potential customers, providing product or service information, addressing queries, and generating leads or sales. The role requires effective communication skills, a positive attitude, and a goal-oriented approach to meet company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calling:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
• Identify and qualify leads through effective communication.
• Offer product solutions based on customer needs and preferences.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and sales goals.
• Inbound Calling:
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their inquiries.
• Provide information about products, services, pricing, and offers.
• Handle customer complaints or issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Lead Generation:
• Identify prospective clients and market opportunities through cold calling.
• Maintain a database of potential leads for follow-up.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer retention.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team with leads and appointments.
• Follow up with leads from the sales department to close sales.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Document customer interactions, feedback, and status in the CRM system.
• Provide regular reports on call performance and conversion rates.
• Upselling and Cross-Selling:
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to customers.
• Promote new products, services, or special offers to existing customers.
• Adherence to Compliance:
• Follow company guidelines and maintain professionalism during calls.
Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations while handling customer data.
