Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates identified through various channels (job boards, referrals, etc.)
• Qualify candidates based on job requirements and pre-determined criteria
• Schedule interviews and meetings with the HR team or hiring managers
• Collect and verify basic candidate information, including education, work experience, and skills
• Provide general information about the company, the role, and the recruitment process
• Answer basic questions about the company culture, benefits, and career opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of all call activities and candidate interactions
• Follow up with candidates after receiving their applications or conducting interviews
• Escalate any candidate concerns or feedback to the HR team
• Contribute to other HR tasks as assigned, such as data entry, candidate sourcing, or administrative support
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process and ability to screen candidates effectively
• Active listening skills and the ability to ask clarifying questions
• Proficiency in data entry and recordkeeping
• Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a focus on providing excellent customer service
