Job Description

1. Communication:

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers or clients.
• Clearly explain products or services and address customer inquiries.

2. Sales:

• Promote and sell products or services over the phone.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.

3. Customer Engagement:

• Build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
• Provide information about promotions, special offers, and new products.

4. Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales.
• Update customer databases and track leads.

5. Follow-Up:

• Follow up with potential leads and existing customers.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.

6. Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve goals.
• Participate in training sessions and share best practices.

Skills Required:

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Good listening skills and attention to detail.
• Resilience and the ability to handle rejection.
