Job Title: Telecaller (Female Preferred)

Salary: INR 12,000 - INR 15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers, distributors, and retailers to introduce SAM Foods' product range.
• Answer inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and providing product information.
• Promote new products and offers to customers.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales leads.
• Support the sales team by setting appointments and handling follow-up calls.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales support.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, engaging phone manner.
• Basic computer skills for managing customer records and reports.
• Female candidates are preferred for this position.
