Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Telecaller located in Ahmedabad. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and potential customers to inform them about our products/services, answering questions about our offering, and setting up appointments for our sales team.
Qualifications
• ??Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information effectively over the phone
• ??Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle complaints and difficult customers
• ??Experience with outbound calling and telemarketing
• ??Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• ??Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• ??Communication is must required
• ??A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Language: English, Hindi and Gujarati
