• Address client inquiries and resolve issues related to immigration procedures.
• Identify potential leads and opportunities for new clients.
• Follow up with prospective clients to convert inquiries into actual consultations or services.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and follow-up actions.
• Update client information and application status in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
• Assist clients in understanding and completing application forms and required documentation.
• Provide step-by-step guidance on the immigration process, ensuring clients are informed of necessary procedures and deadlines.
• Ensure all client information is handled with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with data protection regulations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards related to immigration services.
• Deliver high-quality customer service, maintaining professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.
