Responsible for the lead generation from new customers.
Make outbound calls to increase customer base through new customer acquisition, recovery of churned customers and growth within existing customers.
Execute a daily process with prospecting and pipeline management by actively (primarily) connecting with individuals by phone.
Participate in targeted campaigns/promotions to increase sales.
Work closely with the inside sales team and HR Director.
Proactively determine customer needs, and overcome objections with creative solutions while working within company guidelines.
Achieve key performance indicator metrics, productivity standards, and call quality performance, adhere to schedule.
Exhibit good time management and organisational skills.
Additional duties/responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
1-2 years inside sales experience with a successful track record.
Account management/customer service experience.
Effective communication skills.
Proficient computer skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Effective team and organisational team member.
Self-motivated and driven, with ability to work with minimal direction.
Ability to change in a fast-paced environment.
