• Make outbound calls to potential candidates, clients, and other stakeholders to communicate about job opportunities, HR services, and company offerings.
• Handle inbound calls, addressing inquiries about job openings, recruitment processes, and HR services.
• Conduct preliminary screening of candidates by gathering basic information (qualifications, experience, job preferences).
• Schedule interviews and follow-ups with selected candidates.
• Maintain communication with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
• Provide updates on candidate sourcing, recruitment status, and other HR-related matters.
• Maintain and update records of calls, candidate details, client information, and feedback.
• Input relevant data into the HR management system or recruitment software.
• Regularly follow up with candidates to keep them informed about the interview process or job status.
• Follow up with clients for feedback on the hiring process.
• Coordinate with internal HR and recruitment teams to match candidate profiles with client requirements.
• Support in the planning and execution of recruitment drives and events.
