We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Female Telemarketing Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and closing sales over the phone. Proficiency in Hindi, Gujarati, and English is essential. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote our post-production services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up on client inquiries.
• Stay updated on service knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies and improve results.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telemarketing Executive or similar sales/customer service role.
• Female candidates only.
• Proficiency in Hindi, Gujarati, and English.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and strategies.
