Tele Callers - Female
Responsibilities and Duties
• Completely Outbound calls, must be good at English and Telugu.
• Able to understand and learn IT Technologies and Service offerings for better communication with customers.
• Have to intro company service offerings and gather Customer requirements in IT
• Training will be facilitated for tuning learned skills in IT
• Scheduling Appointments to Field Sales Team
• IT Requirements gathering from various customers.
• Follow up with existing renewals
• Have to Achieve Quarterly Targets
• Maintain good relationships with customers
• Timely respond to all Customer Enquiries
• Able to manage existing customer relationships.
• Think, Plan and deploy better customer approach ideas in team.
• Social Media advertising experience is an add-on
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
