Job Description
Note: Location if Attingal , Kerala (Work From Office), Minimum One year experience Tele Field
Candidate should be fervent in Malayalam , English
The tele caller interacts with customers over the phone, provides information about products or services, answers their queries, and persuades them to make a purchase or take a desired action.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Making outbound calls to potential customers using.
2. Introducing and explaining our services to potential customers.
3. Handling customer objections or complaints and providing appropriate solutions.
4. Achieving sales targets or other performance goals as set by the company.
5. Keeping up-to-date with company knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional speaking voice.
2. Strong persuasive skills to convince customers to take desired actions.
3. Result-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines.
4. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
