We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our admissions team. As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in connecting with prospective students, providing them with information about our courses, and guiding them through the admission process. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students achieve their goals, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Provide information about diploma and Degree courses.
Handle inquiries and resolve doubts related to course details, fees, and admission procedures.
Maintain and update a database of leads and follow up to ensure conversions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Positive attitude, patience, and ability to engage with people effectively.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools are an advantage.
