Tele Caller Executive (Female)
• Outbound Calling for Lead Generation: Telecaller executives are responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers or clients to generate leads and expand the customer base.
• Customer Service Handling: They handle inbound calls from existing customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Appointment Setting: Telecaller executives schedule appointments or meetings for sales representatives with potential clients, facilitating the sales process and maximizing opportunities for conversion.
• Database Management and Reporting: They maintain accurate records of calls made, outcomes, and customer details in CRM software, while also providing regular reports on call metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and lead quality.
• Adherence to Scripts and Guidelines: Telecaller executives follow predefined scripts, guidelines, or call protocols provided by the company, ensuring consistency in messaging, professionalism, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
