Job Overview
Campus Navigators is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele Caller Executive to join our team. This role is essential in helping clients explore and understand visa options for Study, Tourist, and Visitor Visas. As a Tele Caller Executive, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, answering their questions, explaining our services, and guiding them through the initial stages of their application process.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Interaction: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our visa services and understand their specific needs.
• Information Sharing: Provide accurate information about visa options, eligibility criteria, application procedures, and our consulting services.
• Lead Conversion: Identify potential clients and encourage them to engage with our services by scheduling follow-up calls or in-person consultations.
• Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with leads to nurture relationships and increase conversion rates.
• Data Management: Accurately record client details, call information, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
• Customer Service: Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with clients, answering questions and addressing concerns effectively.
Qualifications
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or education in communication or customer service is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience as a tele-caller, customer service representative, or in a sales role preferred.
• Skills: Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency with basic computer applications.
• Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi & Punjabi is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Attributes: Positive attitude, patience, persuasive communication, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
