JOB OVERVIEW

Telecaller is responsible for attending and making calls to potential customers in order to inform and make appointments with doctor, with good customer dealing and service

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :

Mainly work on leads generated from Social media ads, good conversion skill. Target will be 10 times of the salary with good incentive

Attend all inbound calls of patient

Give proper information and fix appointment

Telesales with scrip (with necessary adjustment) to ensure consistency of sales

Outbound calls follow up to call patient

Maintenance of patient data on software
