Work Experience:

Should have minimum of 1 - 6 years of relevant work experience in Retention role (English Voice process) ? Should have experience in Tele calling, Customer Care or taking calls - Outbound & Inbound. (Voice process) ? Should have experience handling MIS or strong experience with MS excel, MS word ? Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Immediate Joiners or Max 15 days notice period preferred ? Language preferred - English & Tamil ? Week Off: 6 days working & 1 day rotational week off / Rotational Day shifts. ? Age : Not more than 33 years
