Outbound & Inbound Calling Lead Generation & Conversion Customer Relationship Management Data Management & Reporting Product Knowledge & Training Adherence to Policies & Standards

Key Skills & Competencies:



Excellent verbal communication skills. Persuasive and negotiation skills. Ability to handle objections and customer concerns efficiently. Good listening skills and patience. Basic computer knowledge. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Target-driven and self-motivated.

Qualifications & Experience:



High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
