Location: Pansari Group 33/9 , Main Bawana Road, Shahbad , Near Rohini Sector 16 , Maruti Suzuki True Value, Opposite Battra Motors.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products or services, and generating leads or sales. The role requires strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to engage with customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Make calls to potential customers to introduce products/services, answer inquiries, and promote offerings.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads by following up on inquiries, referrals, or other sources.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide information or solutions.
• Sales Conversion: Persuade customers to make purchases, book appointments, or request additional information, depending on the nature of the business.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback in the CRM or database.
• Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-up with customers as necessary to close sales or nurture relationships.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product offerings, promotional materials, and services to present accurate and relevant information to customers.
• Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service by resolving queries and addressing concerns promptly.
• Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and sales as set by the company.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred, but freshers may also apply.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive and engaging phone manner.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle objections and questions effectively, demonstrating a customer-first approach.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Target-Oriented: Ability to meet and exceed targets, with a positive attitude and drive to achieve sales goals.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work in shifts if required.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection positively.

Working Conditions:

• Work Hours: 10:00 AM TO 6:30 PM
