Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join Ananta Hempworks. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in communicating with potential and existing customers, promoting our hemp-based products, and providing excellent customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities :

• Outbound Calls :
• Contact potential customers to inform them about our hemp-based products and services.
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.
• Inbound Calls :
• Handle incoming customer queries regarding products, offers, and services.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information to resolve customer concerns.
• Sales Support :
• Promote products such as wellness, personal care, and nutritional items.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or products.
• Maintain records of calls and customer responses in a CRM system.
• Feedback and Reporting :
• Collect feedback from customers to improve product offerings and services.
• Prepare and submit daily or weekly reports on call performance and sales outcomes.
• Team Collaboration :
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company targets.
• Participate in team meetings to align on goals and strategies.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to handle objections and persuade customers.
• Basic knowledge of Ayurvedic and hemp-based products (preferred).
• Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM tools.
• Fluent in [languages required, e.g., Hindi and English].
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
