Job Description

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
• Provide detailed information about offerings and answer questions to engage customers.
• Identify and qualify leads from provided data and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Update the database with accurate customer information and interaction details.
• Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Handle objections professionally and convert potential leads into sales or service appointments.
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales or service targets.
• Collaborate with the sales or service team to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the relevant teams for improvement.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call and performance reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?36,203.96 per month
