Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecallers to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in promoting our exciting events and services to potential customers. Your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls, provide information, and encourage registrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
• Explain the benefits of our services or events clearly and persuasively.
• Address customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain a record of calls, follow-ups, and feedback.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve overall sales and outreach goals.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages required: e.g., English, Hindi, or regional languages].
• Positive attitude and ability to handle customer objections with patience.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with smartphones.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Pay: ?7,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
