Job Description



We are seeking a dedicated and professional Telecaller for our inbound process. As a vital part of our customer service team, you will manage customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Customer Queries: Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
• Product and Service Information: Provide detailed and accurate information about the company's products and services to customers.
• Customer Records Management: Record and update customer interactions and information in MS Excel, CRM systems, or other designated tools.
• Professional Communication: Ensure all interactions are professional, courteous, and maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction and improve customer experience.
• Confidentiality and Policy Adherence: Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain strict confidentiality of client data.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in initiatives to improve customer service processes and contribute to team success.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in an inbound tele calling process.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Requirements

• Gender Preference: Female candidates only.
• Location: Candidates should be able to commute to South Extension, New Delhi.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
