We are a leading company in the Beauty/Cosmetics/Skincare industry, dedicated to providing exceptional products and services to our customers. We are looking for an experienced Tele Sales Executive to join our team in Nirman Vihar.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Sales Calls : Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing clients to promote our beauty, cosmetics, and skincare products.
• Lead Generation : Identify and qualify new leads to expand our customer base.
• Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Product Knowledge : Stay updated with the latest products and trends in the beauty industry to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
• Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
• Reporting : Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities; report on progress and challenges to the sales manager.
• Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service, handle objections professionally, and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience : Minimum of 4 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in the Beauty/Cosmetics/Skincare industry. A consistent track record of at least 2 years with the same employer is required.r.
• Education : Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any field.
• Gender : Female candidates preferred.
• Skills :
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Location : Must be based in or willing to commute to Nirman Vihar.
