Derma Arts is seeking an experienced Telecaller with a strong background in the medical field, particularly in aesthetics and hair transplants. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, have excellent communication skills, and be adept at engaging potential clients, explaining treatment options, and addressing client inquiries. This role requires professionalism, empathy, and thorough knowledge of aesthetic procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective and existing clients via phone calls, providing detailed information about hair transplant, skincare, and aesthetic treatments.
• Educate clients on available services, procedures, and the benefits of various treatment options tailored to their needs.
• Conduct follow-up calls with clients to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and encourage further treatments or appointments.
• Accurately record client interactions and update CRM software with details on leads, client preferences, and outcomes.
• Work closely with the clinic's medical team to understand treatment protocols and stay updated on new procedures and services.
• Ensure exceptional client service by responding to all inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify potential clients for consultations and collaborate with the patient coordination team to ensure smooth scheduling and follow-up.
• Help in developing telecalling scripts and training new telecallers on best practices and clinic protocols.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in telecalling within the medical field, preferably in aesthetics or hair transplant.
• Proven ability to handle a high volume of calls effectively.
• Previous experience working with CRM software.
• Skills:
• Fluency in English with strong verbal communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of aesthetic treatments, including skincare and hair transplant procedures.
• Excellent listening skills, empathy, and patience when dealing with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
