Tele Caller Executive
Job Description
Conduct calls to verify lead information including contact details, interest level, and specific product/service requirements.
? Confirm that the leads are accurate, relevant, and meet the predefined criteria set by the sales/marketing team.
? Accurately document call outcomes, including lead status (e.g., verified, invalid, unresponsive) in the CRM system.
? Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify opportunities for improving lead generation strategies and overall lead quality.
? Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, lead requirements, and verification procedures.
