Chawla Medicos is seeking a motivated and experienced Telecaller Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach to drive sales over the phone. You will play a key role in promoting our pharmaceutical products, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

### •Key Responsibilities:•

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote Chawla Medicos' products and services.

- Provide detailed information about products, offers, and promotions to potential and existing customers.

- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable pharmaceutical solutions.

- Maintain a database of customer interactions, follow-ups, and feedback.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and optimize telecalling efforts.

- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.

### •Required Skills and Qualifications:•

- •Experience:• Minimum 1 year in telecalling, sales, or a related field, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.

- •Education:• Minimum qualification of a high school diploma (a degree in pharmacy or a related field is a plus).

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. .

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Fluency in hindi and English
