PROFILE SUMMARY
We are hiring for a Tele Sales Executive to build and maintain strong client relations to enhance revenue from key accounts. An ideal candidate must be skilled in identifying high value clients and potential partners. The candidate must be required to make outbound calls and attend to inbound calls to address customer queries and gather feedback to improve on the product quality. The candidate would also be required to maintain the database of the current and new customers. An ideal candidate must be able to communicate in English and Hindi to ensure effective client dealing.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY
• Make outbound calls and attend to inbound calls of the potential clients to generate leads
• Identify various sales opportunities and gather customer information and understand their needs
• Provide detailed information about the wood products, types and grades and prices to the client
• Address customer queries, concerns and complaints and provide robust solutions to the raised queries
• Assist customers with placing orders and coordinating with the sales team to ensure delivery
• Follow-up with potential and new clients to generate sales and enhance revenue
• Maintain and update the customer database with accurate records of inquiries and feedback
• Gather feedback from customers to help improve product services and marketing strategies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
SKILLS REQUIRED
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English & Hindi
• Strong persuasive and negotiation ability
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using computer software and database management tools
ELIGIBILITY
• Any Graduate with 6-12 months of relevant experience
WORKING DAYS & TIME
• Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
