Job Summary:
As a Fresher Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting the company's digital marketing services, and generating leads. This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates looking to start a career in the digital marketing industry and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and explain digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, etc.).
• Qualify leads by gathering information about the client's business needs, budget, and digital marketing goals.
• Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team to further discuss digital marketing strategies.
• Follow up with leads, maintain records of calls made, and update client information in the CRM system.
• Answer basic queries related to digital marketing services.
• Assist in market research to identify potential clients and target markets.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues effectively.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, appointments, and lead generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, PPC, etc.) is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to build rapport with potential clients.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection professionally.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Freshers with no prior work experience are welcome to apply.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service (even if limited) is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software.
