• Customer Relationship Management : Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers by ensuring a pleasant and helpful communication experience.
• Product Knowledge : Staying updated with the company's products or services to accurately answer questions and provide relevant information to customers.
• Handling Customer Queries and Complaints : Addressing customer queries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about product offerings and services.
• Maintaining Call Records : Documenting details of calls, including call outcomes, follow-up actions, and customer feedback, and updating these records in the CRM system.
• Lead Generation and Follow-up : Identifying potential leads, making follow-up calls to nurture relationships, and encouraging prospects to move toward a purchase decision.
• Achieving Sales Targets : Working toward meeting daily, weekly, or monthly targets for call volumes, lead generation, or sales conversions as set by the organization.
• Providing Feedback to Management : Gathering insights from customer conversations and sharing feedback with the team or management to improve services, products, and customer experiences.
• Upselling and Cross-selling : Identifying opportunities to introduce customers to additional products or services that may benefit them, thereby increasing sales.
• Adhering to Scripts and Guidelines : Following call scripts, company guidelines, and compliance standards to maintain professionalism and consistency in communication.
• Improving Call Quality : Continuously working on enhancing communication skills and call quality through training, self-assessment, and feedback from supervisors.
