Responsibilities and Duties
• Advice present or prospective patients by answering calls.
• Provide information of Products / Services / Offers to customers.
• Handling inbound calls & outbound calls
• Understand customer need
• Your main goal is to boost our sales by reaching out to the existing customers as well as potential customers.
• You are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in tele-calling and onboarding users.
• High attention to detail.
• Knowledge about Operation management.
• Should be able to manage the patient's queries & front office.
• Should be able to answer inquires regarding services delivered at the clinic.
• To handle patient queries and direct them appropriately.
Qualifications and Skills
• Graduate Candidates required
• Good communication Skills
• Good knowledge about working on computer
• Should know about telecommunication technology
• Experience of minimum 2 years in clinic/hospital.
