Job Title: Telecaller (Target-Based)

Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make calls to prospective or existing clients to promote products, services, or special offers.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets or call quotas set by the company.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and communication.
Customer Interaction: Provide detailed information about products or services, handle objections, and close sales or appointments.
Record Maintenance: Accurately record call details, customer interactions, and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on call outcomes, sales performance, and customer feedback to management.
Compliance: Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and legal requirements during all calls.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telecalling or a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication skills and a persuasive demeanor.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
