About the Role
We're seeking a motivated and results-oriented Telesales Representative with 2 years of experience to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and effectively communicating with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting product features and benefits.
• Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
• Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Data Management: Accurately track and manage sales data and customer information in CRM systems.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Problem-Solving: Address customer concerns and objections effectively.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals.
Required Skills and Experience
• 2 years of experience in telesales or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Persuasive and persuasive communication style.
• Ability to handle objections and overcome challenges.
• Results-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
