Summary :

A telecaller, also known as a telemarketer or telephone sales representative, is responsible for generating sales and providing customer service over the phone.

Their responsibilities include:

• Making calls : Making outbound calls to potential customers and cold calls to existing clients
• Presenting products : Explaining the benefits of products or services and providing pricing details
• Building relationships : Fostering relationships with existing clients and building rapport with potential clients
• Handling customer inquiries : Answering customer questions, complaints, and feedback
• Managing customer information : Organizing customer information within databases and keeping accurate records of calls and sales
• Reporting : Making reports and documentation based on conversations and relaying observations to the team lead
• Following guidelines : Adhering to organizational guidelines and methodology
