Job Title: Telecaller

As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in driving sales by making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products/services. You will engage directly with clients, address their queries, and assist them in making informed decisions. The position demands excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
• Outbound Calling : Contact leads generated from various sources to introduce and promote our products or services.
• Customer Engagement : Build strong relationships with potential clients by actively listening to their needs and providing relevant information.
• Sales Conversion : Persuade prospective customers to make purchases, schedule appointments, or sign up for services.
• Data Entry : Accurately record customer interactions, calls, and sales information in the CRM system.
• Follow-up : Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Product Knowledge : Stay informed about product features, pricing, and industry trends to address customer inquiries effectively.
• Feedback Collection : Gather valuable customer feedback to assist in improving products/services and refining sales strategies.
Qualifications :
• Education : High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is an advantage.
• Experience : Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, friendly, and professional tone.
• Persuasion Skills : Strong ability to influence and convince customers effectively.
• Listening Skills : Active listening skills to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office; basic computer skills are essential.
• Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Goal-Oriented : Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
