Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls.
• Make calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our products.
• Identify customer needs and provide product information and pricing details.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales.
• Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a tele caller or sales representative.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections effectively.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.

Note: - Knowledge of CRM will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
