Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

Job Overview:
As a Telesales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our company. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone, effectively communicating our products/services, and converting leads into satisfied customers.

• Communication Skills:
• Engage with potential customers over the phone, exhibiting excellent verbal communication skills.
• Clearly articulate the features and benefits of our products/services.
• Listen actively to customer inquiries and provide appropriate responses.
• Confidence and Convincing Skills:
• Demonstrate confidence in presenting product/service information.
• Utilize convincing skills to address customer concerns and objections.
• Build rapport with customers to create a positive buying experience.
• Discipline and Time Management:
• Adhere to a disciplined work schedule from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Manage time effectively to maximize customer outreach and achieve sales targets.
• Lead Conversion:
• Follow up on leads generated through various channels.
• Implement effective sales techniques to convert leads into customers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telesales or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Confidence in presenting and persuading potential customers.
• Strong discipline and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
