Join our team as a Tele Caller Executive and play a key role in expanding our B2B portal. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, including manufacturers, dealers, and distributors, to encourage them to register on our platform and complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce them to our B2B platform.
• Educate potential clients on the benefits and advantages of registering on our platform.
• Guide clients through the registration and KYC process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
• Collect and organize product price lists from clients to facilitate their listings on our platform.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, particularly in a B2B environment, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to effectively explain complex information clearly and concisely.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on achieving targets.
• Experience with CRM software and sales management tools is a plus.

Pay: ?8,862.08 - ?25,000.00 per month
