AHKTIPS is a legal support provider based in New Delhi, offering assistance to resolve debit issues related to credit card defaults, check bounce, and recovery agent harassment. Our AHK Team provides legal support to stop harassment and address various financial challenges.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller - Customer Support at AHKTIPS in New Delhi. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information about legal support services, resolving customer issues related to debit, credit card defaults, check bounce, and recovery agent harassment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience
• Ability to handle stressful situations with patience
• Negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of legal processes related to financial issues is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
