Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and persuasive EMI Telecaller to join our Recovery Team at Ravens Ark Pvt Ltd. The EMI Telecaller will be responsible for contacting customers to remind them of upcoming or overdue EMI payments and to negotiate payment plans when necessary. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is empathetic, and can handle difficult conversations professionally.

Responsibilities:

- Contact customers via phone to remind them of upcoming or overdue EMI payments.

- Negotiate payment plans and schedules with customers.

- Record and update customer information in the database.

- Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.

- Follow up on promises to pay and ensure timely collection of EMIs.

- Maintain records of all interactions and transactions.

- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for improving collection rates.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations during all interactions.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service or collections role.

- Previous experience of any real estate will be an added advantage

- Discipline in handling clients and in performing his/her duty

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle difficult conversations and negotiate effectively.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office.

- High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in EMI collections or financial services.

- Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and best practices in collections.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
