We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tele Caller to join our team at Dermatrico. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or skincare industry. This is an on-site position based in our Delhi clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.

- Provide detailed information about our services, treatments, and products to potential and existing clients.

- Schedule and confirm appointments for patients with our dermatologists.

- Maintain and update patient records in our database.

- Follow up with patients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns by reaching out to prospective clients.

- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient experiences.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a tele caller, preferably in the healthcare or skincare industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.

- Proficient in using computer systems and database management software.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Fluent in English; proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is a plus.
