• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct job analysis, draft job descriptions, and post job advertisements.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match client requirements.
• Manage onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
• Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve workplace issues.
• Develop and execute employee engagement programs to boost morale and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
