OVERVIEW:-we seek an enthusiastic telecaller to generate sales over the phone and maintaining customer relationships.-Must be an excellent communicator with strong people skills, comfortable presenting products/ services and handling complaints.RESPONSIBILITIES:-Make outbound calls to potential customers using scripts.-Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.-Provide products/ service information and address questions.-Follow up on leads and manage customer data in the CRM.-Achieve daily and monthly sales target.-Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions.REQUIREMENTS:-Proven experience in telecalling, customer service or sales.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Ability to learn and explain products/ service.-Proficient in English, Hindi; additional language are plus.-Basic computer skills, including MS office and CRM software.-High school diploma; relevant degree is a plus.SKILLS-Persuasive speaking and negotiation.-Time management and customer oriented approach.-Resilience and problem- solving.WORKING CONDITIONS-Full-time, standard- 9hr work day.-Work from office-Career growth opportunities with incentives based on performance.Job Type: Full-timePay: \xe2\x82\xb98,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb910,000.00 per monthSchedule:
