Position Overview:

As a Tele caller at Rana Infracon, you will play a crucial role in our sales and marketing efforts by contacting potential clients via telephone to promote our real estate offerings and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce them to our properties and services.

Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and gather relevant information to qualify them for further follow-up by our sales team.

Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing any inquiries and providing information about our properties and projects.

Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in the company's database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Follow-up: Follow up with leads at regular intervals to nurture relationships, address concerns, and facilitate the sales process.

Achievement of Targets: Meet and exceed monthly targets for lead generation and conversion to contribute to the company's sales objectives.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Previous experience in telemarketing or telecalling, preferably in the real estate industry.

Familiarity with CRM software and telecalling tools.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets.
