We are hiring a Tele Caller Executive. As a Tele Caller Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our services, and convincing them to be staffing and recruiting needs. This is a full-time position based in Janakpuri, Delhi, India. The ideal candidate should have 0 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong product knowledge of staffing and recruiting services.
- Excellent active listening and communication skills
- Ability to adapt and handle objections effectively.
- Computer literate with knowledge of CRM software
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Experience in maintaining call records and handling customer information
- Understanding customer needs and providing suitable solutions
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our services
- Convince and persuade customers to choose Hire Xpert for their staffing and recruiting needs
- Monitor and follow up with potential customers to ensure successful conversion
- Maintain call records and update customer information in the database
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and meet team goals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and provide feedback to the management.
