Job Description

• Making Outbound Calls: Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
• Handling Inbound Calls: Answering incoming calls from customers regarding products, services, orders, or complaints.
• Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
• Data Entry: Accurately recording details of customer interactions and transactions.
• Sales and Promotion: Persuading customers to buy products or services and achieving sales targets.
• Problem Solving: Addressing customer queries and resolving issues or complaints.
• Follow-ups: Conducting follow-up calls to maintain customer interest or address pending issues
• Having a knowledge of Excel and Tally is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,500.00 - ?13,000.00 per month

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
• tele sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
