• Data Entry: Accurately recording details of customer interactions and transactions.
• Sales and Promotion: Persuading customers to buy products or services and achieving sales targets.
• Problem Solving: Addressing customer queries and resolving issues or complaints.
• Follow-ups: Conducting follow-up calls to maintain customer interest or address pending issues
• Having a knowledge of Excel and Tally is an advantage
