This position requires a confident individual who can guide and mentor junior team members and contribute to overall sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage outbound calls, engaging clients and presenting travel packages effectively.
• Communicate with clients to identify their travel requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of various travel packages and industry trends.
• Achieve and surpass sales goals and maintain client relationships.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior telecallers.
• Handle client objections and resolve issues effectively to secure bookings.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and follow up for future opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create strategies and achieve team objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain professional conduct at all times.
