Job Summary:
Creditsea is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our customer support team. As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in reaching out to potential clients, providing information about our loan products, and assisting them through the application process. Your primary objective is to engage prospective customers, build rapport, and help them make informed decisions on suitable loan options.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing Creditsea's loan offerings and explaining product features and benefits.
- Client Engagement: Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and recommend suitable loan solutions.
- Lead Conversion: Identify and qualify leads, encouraging potential customers to apply for loans and guiding them through the initial application steps.
- Follow-up: Follow up with prospective clients to provide additional information, address queries, and update them on their application status.
- Customer Service: Respond to inbound inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving any concerns or objections.
- Documentation: Record customer details, conversation summaries, and follow-up actions accurately in the CRM system.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards during all interactions with clients.

Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a telecalling, telesales, or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, with a clear and professional phone demeanor.
- Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and objections tactfully.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
