Job Description

• Outbound and Inbound Calls :
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services.
• Handle inbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, orders, and support.
• Customer Interaction :
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about product availability, delivery options, and other queries.
• Sales and Lead Generation :
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and suggesting appropriate products.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Customer Relationship Management :
• Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and current information.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Order Processing :
• Assist customers with placing orders and provide guidance on the purchasing process.
• Coordinate with the showroom and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Feedback and Reporting :
• Collect customer feedback and report any issues or suggestions to the management.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call activities and sales performance.
• Product Knowledge :
• Stay updated on the latest products, features, and industry trends.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance :
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data protection and privacy guidelines.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and maintain professionalism during all interactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education : High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience : Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the building materials or home improvement industry.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone manner.
• Sales Skills : Strong persuasive skills and the ability to upsell products.
• Technical Skills : Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Customer Service : A customer-centric approach with the ability to handle customer complaints and issues effectively.
• Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments.
• Language : Proficiency in Hindi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
