Introduction: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Tele caller to join our growing team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of proven experience in tele calling, preferably within the construction sector. As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and promoting our construction services effectively through telephonic conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your experience to conduct outbound calls to prospects within the construction industry.
• Introduce and explain our range of construction services, products, and solutions to potential clients.
• Qualify leads from various sources, including databases, social media platforms, and industry referrals.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all telephonic interactions and lead status updates.
• Implement effective follow-up strategies to nurture leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional customer service during and after the sales process.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Tele caller or similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction services, products, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
